Income Tax Returns, individual and business, including Schedules
and W-2's, for 2009, 2008 and 2007.
- For
all real estate properties, mortgage, deed, promissory note,
mortgage statements.

For all automobiles, motorcycles, and boats, registration and/or
title. If secured or leased, security agreement and monthly
statement.
- Insurance
policies including homewoners, vehicles, annuities, IRA's, 401K
and pension plans.
- Pay
stubs for Debtor(s) and spouse for the last 6 months prior to
filing the petition.

All credit card statements for 6 months immediately prior to
bankruptcy if available.

Documents pertaining to any lawsuit, foreclosures, garnishments
or repossessions.

Copies of any correspondence from the Internal Revenue Service
or other taxing authority.

Bank statements for all bank accounts for the last 6 months
prior to filing the petition.
